Good afternoon all, can't even take in where we will be if we take the 3 points today. Obviously Antonio is a blow but if we return to our best form we must be in with a chance

It’s a tough call but I think Moss is even worse than last weeks clown

The two refs l didn't want were Moss and Mike Riley , l see Moss as an ambassador for worldwide premier league dominance , there's a reason Man U have so many penalties this season and last , refs like Riley and Moss !

Manchester Utd have won all their away games and I watched them last weekend against a good Southampton side who were ahead really due to the quality of award Prowse at set pieces. But United dominated the longer the game went on and we will need to track that Cavani and Greenwood or get our offside trap working perfectly or they will do damage.

So we have play at our very best and have the ref / VAR decisions go our way again too IMHO if we are to get anything. Without Antonio we will struggle to get and keep the ball.

I keep thinking things have to go pear shaped soon. It’s the result of 60 years of suffering and largely false dawns.

Play well is what we want and if you lose you can just about accept it. I would be happy with a draw tbh

It's a 4-0 SCORCHER!

The ref is Moss?

I’ll take the draw.

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Man Utd - Official Match Thread
ManU currently win loads of away games and not many home ones.

Possibly because they don't like playing in a large empty ground.

On the other hand, we apparently do.

And it's still going to be largely empty.

I don't think they are very good, and the fact that they have got most of their points from away games doesn't frighten me. We should be winning this, though we probably will need a step up from our previous performance to do so.

Moss is hands down the worst referee on the prem and afraid to give calls against the big clubs and blatantly has an axe to grind with us.

Still we always have a punchers chance against these cunts.

I don't understand why the FA hasn't ruled on Cavani's suspension. Everyone has known the facts for a week and you know come Monday they'll give him a three match ban for it

Saw one of the lists of which clubs refs support & struck me that there appeared to be no London refs or supporters of London teams on the list.
Mostly Northerners & from the Midlands
Lee Mason is a Bolton fan which explains his performances but not sure why the Sunderland supporting Moss is so antagonistic
Perhaps he hasn’t forgiven us for selling them Anton & George McCartney for £14m

Difficult to predict this game. Man U often inconsistent but no doubt threats with Fernandes and pace in Rashford etc...perhaps a little leggy after psg midweek?

We should assume they will get their ogbligitory penalty so can we score at least 2 today?

Which WH will turn up? We have had a tidal wave of luck on recent games so we can't rely on it.

Frustrating for Antonio rushed back clearly. Bad decision from management and physio

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Man Utd - Official Match Thread
Why we'll win:

We're on a winning streak and confidence should be high
Our default system seems to do better against good teams than poor ones
Man United are hopefully starting to feel jaded from their fixture pile up, and have an eye on their must win CL match and Man City next weekend
We've actually got a pretty decent record against them over recent seasons
I suspect Moyes feels he'll have a point to prove against them

Why we'll lose:

We may be winning, but we're probably used up our season's worth of luck recently
Antonio is out
Our defenders seem prone to conceding penalties; their attackers are masters at winning them

So in summary, I wouldn't be disappointed with a draw.
